Sreya Patel is a professional educator that challenges herself to be better each day. She dedicates herself to helping individuals achieve the potential that they are capable of to become productive citizens of our global world. I witnessed her strong work ethnic and establish vibrant classrooms utilizing the ADDIE method that produced critically thinking students.
Ms. Patel maintained positive structured classrooms that allowed her students to thrive daily and achieve an elite education. She is also very responsive to students unique backgrounds ( cultural, racial, socio-economic, gender, religious, etc.) and teaches in a way that is respectful of those differences.
Ms. Patel learned how to implement the use of technology and research based methods and practices into everyday classroom experiences that provided for high student achievement. She would constantly improve her teaching strategies and evaluate resources so that her students would effectively come away with knowledge they needed to know to successfully pass her classes.

Sreya Patel is an excellent teacher who genuinely cares about students and the learning process. Her content knowledge and creative use of different presentation programs and platforms allowed her to create and deliver interactive content that kept students engaged throughout the entire class period. She knows multiple platforms such as NearPod, Kahoot, JamBoard, Google Slides, Quizizz, Quizlet, Canva, FlipGrid, and Microsoft PowerPoint. She utilized these programs to deliver high levels of instruction, carefully designing scaffolded lessons, which transferred to student learning. Her knowledge of the Google Educational environment was also something we utilized at school as she became the “go-to” for many teachers. Sreya’s instructional design projects using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise are noteworthy. They are well-designed and incorporate interesting elements that draw participants into the learning experience. Her storylines are informative and present topics in an easy-to-learn format, making complex information accessible and enjoyable for all learners.
